PTT worked in partnership with the training provider QA to deliver an apprenticeship scheme for one of the largest global mobile operators, Vodafone. Those PTT online courses that matched the objectives of the "Unified Communications technician" apprenticeship standard were employed.
"The PTT content was carefully blended with classroom learning and workplace coaching to ensure the learning was applied successfully and logged in each learner’s portfolio, as the learners mastered the Unified Comms skills. PTT carefully monitored the learners’ online progress and kept us up to date.
In May 2019, fifteen months after starting the programme, the first apprentice emerged from his End Point Assessment with a Distinction"

PTT learntelecoms courses have been studied by technicians and engineers of major telecommunications providers and manufacturers around the world.
For example, Proximus, the major telecommunications provider based in Belgium, uses PTT e-learning courses as a Continuing Professional Development resource. Staff members can select courses to update their technical knowledge as required.
Also the Proximus Corporate University includes PTT e-learning courses as part of a blended learning approach to structured training. Staff study a recommended selection of learntelecoms courses before attending specialised trouble-shooting training sessions.
"PTT is our most important elearning provider regarding technology packages. PTT have supplied e-learning courses and associated products to Proximus for several years. Many hundreds of Proximus staff have studied PTT courses and the courses are built into Proximus Corporate University's blended learning programmes. On the rare occasions that there have been problems¸ PTT has responded in a timely, effective and courteous manner."

"We pride ourselves on being an exceptional company to work for, and in particular a company that invests in the ongoing technical and professional development of our staff.
When the requirement arose to provide our staff with some industry-standard technical training, we were presented with a challenge; we needed a study solution that was available 24/7 to fit in with our complex shift arrangements; that ensured our staff were adequately supported throughout the study and exam phases and which was professional and credible, and provided a recognised accreditation as reward for the commitment of our staff.
After a painstaking search process and a review of our requirements with PTT staff, I enrolled our team on PTT’s programme. One year later, at the end of that programme, our team have successfully completed the course, passed the exams, and received their certificates. The knowledge of telecommunications fundamentals provided by this course is proving invaluable to our staff as they continue to develop their telecommunications skills.
We found the course content to be perfectly targeted and the training material and method of delivery to be well organised and highly professional. The course content and accreditation provided an excellent return on our investment, and the technical and administrative support we received from PTT staff was superb throughout the programme, making light work of a complex and challenging training schedule.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this PTT training."
